Hello and thank you for visiting the "Parker and Friends Fund" website. We started this fund as a way to help Parker's doctors at Children's Hospital Los Angeles work to find a cure for pediatric brain tumors. Parker is the true inspiration and her strength, happiness and love for life itself keeps us dedicated to helping the amazing people that helped Parker and our entire family make it through these past 5 years.
THE NAUTICA MALIBU TRIATHLON CHALLENGE FOR "TEAM PARKER"
We did it! We did the race and also raised $5,125 for brain tumor research at CHLA!
In September of this year, Parker's Uncle Sean, her Dad, Billy and mom, Kathy raced through Malibu and made it to the finish line. We had a great time, accomplished our goals and were thrilled to be part of the event.
Parker was also part of the day with being asked to be on stage at the presentation of $1.1million giant check to CHLA from the triathlon. One of her favorite nurses, Chris, was there and 2 other CHLA kids and all heard a bit of her story. She left the stage in style with Jay Leno walking her off.
